Sales Executive - San Francisco Bay Area
Responsible for sales of OpenSys ETL solution. Key projects include pipeline creation, nurturing and closing, and support for OEM alliances development. Target companies include Fortune 500 and USA based Global 2000 firms with current and developing projects requiring and ETL solution. This position requires a highly motivated candidate who is comfortable blazing their own trail and working unsupervised, with very little support. As a result, the position demands experience in executive and business level selling of ETL, Data Integration, EAI or Business Intelligence solutions. This position is field based/home office with travel as required.
Essential Responsibilities
- Create and maintain qualified lead pipeline in region.
- Function as the primary sale lead between prospects, end-uses and Company.
- Maintain and stay current with positioning and competitive environment.
- Conduct client meetings, demonstrations
- Develop written and verbal communications to clients
- Accurately maintain forecast
Qualifications
- 5+ years successfully selling complex IT sales in the areas listed above – no exceptions
- Consistent, superior results
- High quality written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience conducting both “C” level and business lead level meetings
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to live, work and travel in the USA
- Current passport for international travel (home office in Prague, Czech Republic)
